Sling chains
Chain slings are manufacutred according to Grade 8, "EN" type. This type of construction uses high-grade alloyed steel with excellent mechanical properties. In such circumstances the test load can amount to 2.5 times the working load limit of the chain. The special construction allows for the use of chains in very low temperatures without a significant decrease in load-bearing capacity.
The efficiency of these chains results from their comparatively low weight and ease of assembly of different components - e.g. when shortening clutches or grab hooks are utilized
